Features

1. Adherent cell culture requires TC surface treatment on the culture flask to adapt to the adherent growth of cells. 

2. The bottle caps of cell culture bottles are divided into bottle caps and filter caps. Airtight caps are typically used for closed cultures, but can also be used for open cultures if the cap is unscrewed. Filter caps are suitable for open culture. The lid is equipped with a 0.2 µm hydrophobic filter to avoid possible cross-contamination during gas exchange. It is generally recommended to cultivate in a carbon dioxide incubator, especially for experiments that require long-term cultivation.
