Using a contamination-free pipette ensures accuracy, so make sure the Single Channel Pipette is clean before and after each use.
Techniques for using proper pipetting

Pre-rinse the pipette tips 3-5 times before forward pipetting
Keep the pipette upright when aspirating
Slowly immerse the tip below the liquid surface to a suitable depth after aspirating

Drain at a 30 – 45° angle
When discharging liquid, try to place the tip against the inner wall of the container.
Choose the right range
According to the volume of pipetting required in the work, choose a Manual Single Channel Pipette with a nominal capacity close to the pipetting volume as much as possible.
The closer the pipetting volume is to the nominal capacity of the pipette, the higher the accuracy of the test results.
Use matching pipette tips
Choose Yongyue pipette tips that are perfectly matched and leak-tight for precise, reproducible results.
Adjust according to the environment
It is recommended to adjust the pipette and all test equipment to the new environmental conditions. Using this method reduces environmental variables that affect the results.
Use the stand for storage
Make sure the pipette is positioned vertically to avoid contamination and to easily locate the pipette.
Use within the range
The pipette will be damaged if the adjusted volume exceeds the range of the pipette. If the pipette volume is accidentally over-adjusted, check whether the pipette needs to be recalibrated.
Clean and sterilize pipettes before use
Simply wipe the exterior (especially the bottom half) with 70% ethanol.
Calibration every 6 to 12 months
Single Channel Adjustable Pipettes should be calibrated at least every 6 to 12 months, depending on frequency of use and laboratory requirements. Check manufacturer guidelines or audit requirements to plan maintenance accordingly, and be sure to notify all personnel in the laboratory.
